Lars Olrik is a visionary on developing growth strategy for technology companies. He has been instrumental in leading the commercialization efforts of several oil and gas technology platforms and continues to provide the go-to-market strategy and investment strategy for new technology companies.

Lars is the former Group CEO of Verdande Technology. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in management consulting and has held a number of executive management roles across multiple industries. Lars was the UK Vice President of CAP Gemini, where he provided consulting services in oil and gas, automotive and health care industries. He became Chief Operating Officer of Smart Cell International Ltd, and later took on the challenge of Chief Executive Officer at Keronite PLC, providing advanced surface technology solutions in materials management.

Lars received degrees in Economics and Agriculture Management in Denmark and England.

Originally from Denmark, Lars lived in the UK for 28 years. He now lives in the US full time and is happily married to a Texas Rose. He has two children in the UK and enjoys sports, Premier League soccer (Chelsea) and American football, too.

Tim Howard is the founder of four technology firms. He provides executive leadership derived from over 25 years of experience leading technology projects and companies within the energy & technology sector. Tim co-founded Energy Sourcing in 2008 to help bridge the gap between the Oil & Gas companies and technology companies. He developed an innovative technology accelerator program to help launch new O&G technology companies faster in the U.S. petroleum market. In 2015, Tim founded Fortify Experts, a cybersecurity and advanced technology staffing firm proving perm placement and contract staff across the globe.

Tim is a Certifed Birkman consultant which he leverages for executive coaching and building highly effective teams.  He has degrees from Texas A&M University in Industrial Distribution and Marketing.

Tim Howard is a high-energy, fitness freak who has been blessed with the same wife for 27 years and 3 children. For the past 12 years, he has helped lead the Rummel Creek Men’s Boot Camp, a free fitness boot camp near CityCentre in Houston where 50-70 men gather several times a week. In addition, he has completed many triathlons including two Ironman Texas events. Each year, Tim also completes in the 200 mile Texas Independence Relay on a team which has won the Masters Men’s division for the past 4 years.

Jeff Brown’s specialty is structuring private technology companies for growth and acquisition. Jeff is an experienced executive having led several start-ups and turnarounds and multiple M&A transactions, mostly in the energy sector. For over 25 years, he has helped build technology companies and advised their executives, investors and boards.

Jeff serves as VP of Corum Group, a leading investment bank focused exclusively on technology mergers and acquisitions in the mid-market. Previously he was President of Worksuite, a FTSE 100 subsidiary which he restructured and led to market leader and divesture. He co-founded IntelliGIS, a pioneer in wireless computing. He launched Western Hemisphere operations for SPT and was on the management team at GeoQuest Systems, a venture backed leader in petroleum software acquired by Raytheon and then Schlumberger. Jeff began his career on the research faculty at Columbia University and is a published author on climate change. He holds a degree in Geology from the State University of NY.

Born and raised on the East coast, Jeff left academia and moved to Texas in 1982. He is married and resides in Houston with his wife and four children. Jeff enjoys golf, sailing, fitness and being involved in his kids many activities.
